The Celebrating Humanity program clears relationship challenges based in:-
- Religious issues
- Levelism
- Cultural diversity
- Gossiping
- Backbiting
- Departmentalism
- Jealousy
- Poor Communication
- A lack of interpersonal understanding and respect.
And sets up a peer-driven and managed code of conduct to manage the future relationships. MI - has many successful teambuilding projects.
